Real Service from Real Riders

After several failed attempts to get a reputable cycle shop to at least return just one of my many phone calls, to get some needed repairs and maintenance on my Arctic Cat ATV. I googled the best ATV repair shop around NWA! Frustrated, I see all the “great” places I have been trying to get to even return my phone calls. BAM! At the rapidly dwindling list I see High Clearance UTV. I recognize the 815 area code as a fellow flatlander (IL resident) Give the # a call and Samantha answers High Clearance! OMG!!! Someone answered. Long story short they were booked 3 months out. Samantha called 2 weeks before I was scheduled to bring them the Arctic Cat. I’m in! Jon did a good amount of work and diagnostic tests to narrow down the problems and installed a new set of tires I purchased from High Clearance UTV. You couldn’t ask for a better full service repair shop! They saved me a huge amount of money for my repairs and the complete set of tires. Turn around time was very fast. Jon and Sam kept me up to date with parts and options and time lines. They will receive all my business from here on!

Had a wheel bearing on my Polaris Ranger go out while vacationing in the area. They worked me in and did a great job. The owners are fantastic folks!

UTV exhibits outstanding customer service combined with expert best in class knowledge in the UTV/ATV arena! Simple check in process and after evaluation on your rig comes with a detailed video of assessment. Very detailed invoice process and really a great experience from drop off to pick up. Highly Recommend!

Great service and local shop. I had an issue with my rzr and they were able to get me in that week and back on the trail with new parts in no time. Can’t say enough good things about Sam & Jon at High Clearance UTV! Brought my SxS in with some small mechanical issues. They were very fairly priced, and were able to get me fixed up very quickly. Jon was very thorough and pointed out some things I hadn’t noticed and I love that they took the time to video what they found and sent it to me for review. They also washed and detailed my rig! It looks amazing! Sam & Jon definitely take pride in their business and go above and beyond. Good to find great people like this in the community!

Awesome timely work done on my can am spyder! John is very thorough and meticulous with his work. He did an oil change for us and saved us a lot over dealer cost. I highly recommend his services on any can am or ATV.

If you are looking to get anything done on your UTV these are the people to see. They’ve done electrical work such as adding a few lights and replacing/upgrading suspension components. Also, when they are finished with whatever you want done they clean and detail the unit for you which is awesome! Great customer service and will be back again!

This was my first time there but definitely will not be my last! Very friendly owners and John obviously knows his stuff. He pointed out some potential upcoming things that will be needing attention but said nothing looks urgent. Since I’m only somewhat mechanical I really appreciate that kind of honesty!

HIGH Clearance UTV is amazing!!!! Jon does top notch work! Our SXS runs better now then it did when we bought it from the dealer! His work is spot on! We will NEVER USE anyone else, now that we have found them! Incredible work done at an amazing price!
